Yeah it's a Garmin, I just get really paranoid about 'water resistant' electronics because they rarely hold up like they say they do.

Thanks for the comments on my blog today--the thought of supplements has drifted thru my brain a few times, aside from my Ca++ and the odd Tumeric. I can only guess that in your experiment you were able to get most of the macro's but not a lot micro's? Oh, and thanks for the link in the Daily Chat Thread--have not read the article but have it saved for later. Take care. Hope you have a terrific weekend.

The 11 month old is sick, the 5 year old got it too but seems to have bounced back. I should take page from his book and get more sleep. A friend has been going through something huge and I guess I'm sharing in his stress.

Thanks for dropping by my smoothie blog. You mentioned hemp protein and I'm not sure I've ever come across that before--will have to do some research. Hope your Friday goes great!
