Congrats on becoming a granny. I think that is years away for me, but life can be full of surprises! I have to log into this site every day. It keeps me on track. I'm still maintaining and reading lots about nutrition. I also go to a gym 2 or 3 times a week. I have some really good Spark friends, but sadly some others seem to have left. I'm glad you set up a busy swim school. I remember you weren't appreciated in your last job. I hope you keep sparking. You will have to be fit to keep up with the new baby.
PS: we are still in the same house. It is our daughter who has moved out! We spending our extra free time doing up the house in case we ever decide to sell it. 642 days ago
I'm just doing Pilates, some gentle keep fit and walking at the moment. I might start back on the elliptical machine next week after my gum stitches come out. My dentist did seem to err on the cautious side. He said I would need Nurofen for 24 hours, but I haven't even opened the packet. 1166 days ago
Thanks for asking about the porridge. I tried a different flavour this morning. I think I will have to put in lots of fruit if I am going to eat it every day. It definitely gets me through to lunchtime though and stops the mid-morning munchies. So it's worth persevering. This is the closest emoticon I can find to someone throwing up:
