Last year while in hospital for a kidney disorder, I found out I am in the obese category! This put me in shock!!! While ill, to my horror, I gained another 22 pounds with medication issues to blame, on top of already being obese.
I have got to do something about all this weight. I lost 5 kilo's over the summer on this program, and was interrupted with another medical challenge, putting me back on high doses of prednisone. I have regained all the 5 kilo's Uggh!. But I am back in ...
