Look for the silver lining.......

The next twenty years will define my life more than the prior 60. I quit smoking 8/29/2010. I DID IT!

Due to years of bad eating, I weigh what I did as a teenager- 288 and my body can't handle that at 63.

I can't change the past, but I have learned I can change. I've added a body monitor, gym and finally a trainer once a week. I can and will do this for me! I want to be healthy, happy and giving the best life I can!

Moved to VA 11/06. Retired 4/1/2014 and moved back to Colorado!

Definition of Spassing:

Spassing is when you exercise in fits and starts ie. spasmodically for 1 minute at a time. Use your imagination for the Spassing you want to complete in your day.

Mix and match your Spassing and don't forget to COUNT how many in 1 minute.

Alternatively you can step count, strength train, anything you want. Just enjoy the Challenge against yourself by beating your count!

When you have completed your daily Spassing, back to the Forum you go to post your achievements, and brag about it, because you're worth it!! emoticon emoticon

I even report my 30 minutes walk on the Spassing forum, as it helps to keep me accountable, and I can check up to see what my motivated Spassing buddies are up to.
