New Year... New Body :)

Iím a 26 year old, momma to an 19 month old baby boy. Iím from South Carolina (Go Clemson!!), and my goal is to lose 10 pounds by May. I got really into running last year as my new years resolution, and ran my 1st 5k in April in 28 minutes! I lost 10 pounds last year from just running and eating healthy. I was running about 4 days a week, until the weather got hotter, and then I slowly lost my motivation. Needless to say Iíve gained that weight back. So here I am at it again! But this time, I ...

How are you doing? How is Insanity? Are you going crazy yet?!?! I bet. Like I said, the hardest week is the first so if you stick with it, you'll get stronger and be able to complete the first month.

I am doing insanity and I love it. I'm on day 24 and I'm definitely seeing results. Shaun T is awesome. He isn't annoying and he Pushes you. The cardio is serious and it will kick your butt! It isn't like other canned cardio workouts. It is real and very challenging. As a bonus, if you send in your proof of purchase and before and after pics you get a free insanity tshirt!
I say get it! You won't regret it.
