Linda's Weight Loss Journey

Short-term goals:

#1: JOIN CROSSFIT (DONE!!!!)

#2: Get certified in ZUMBA

#3: Run a 5k in less than 35 minutes (DONE!)

#4: Finish graduate school and advance my career (DONE!)

#5: Get off the C-PAP (DONE!)

#6: Volunteer my time in a meaningful way (DONE! ...and ongoing)

#7 Travel out of the country... a real vacation... at least once (DONE!)

#8: Go to Six Flags/an amusement park with no ...

yea when I upgraded my phone and started getting all my apps i saw how much it was... NO WAY lol so doing this other one instead AND they also account for the exercise so my goal is 1200 calories per day but if I run and burn 300 my total for the day will go back to 900 and I know I can/should eat something to stay around 1200

so i see you have a couple more goals on your list ;-)

one you can check off (losing 175-180 lbs)

camping will be after your bday but close enough

There are 4 10k's that I know of in June (one is in Boston and I heard they give out medals), another is the Girls on the Run 10k in Prov. and the other 2 down near me.

.... just something to think about :-)
