Hi Linda, Thanks for stopping by to view my blog. No, that wasn't me, that was some biologist with my dream job! She gets to go whale watching for a living :-)

Thanks, it is so scary to hear that my James has terminal cancer. It is something we don't have a choice dealing with. His brothers in denial thinking dragging him to Rochester NY or taking homeopathic pills will cure him. I know it is hard on them, hard on his two grown children, and I need grace to be soft spoken and calm in the face of my extreme sadness. He is still in hospital, no clue when they would release him.

Hey Linda! Thank you for stopping by to comment on my blog. I know what you mean about the obsessing about the food tracker. That's the part that was getting to me. But I'm trying to work on my attitude and just view it as another tool to use to help me plan and stay accountable. I'm still hoping that once I get the weight back under control, I can rethink my approach to maintenance and not have to rely so much on tracking. Wish me luck!
