Menopause and weight gain

My Goals:
My goals are not just to lose weight but to change my lifestyle as well. As we age everything changes and we have to adjust to those changes. Menopause is the biggest change and challenge for me.
My Program:
I am keeping track of what I eat and I exercise daily. Try to do at least 5000 steps everyday and at least 10,000 steps 3 times a week. Also do cardio, and work out with weights and exercise bands. Try to mix it up to stay motivated also have a elliptical machine I use 3 times a week.
Personal Information:
I am from Naples, NY I am married to my best friend and we have 5 grown children and 5 grandchildren. God is first in my daily life, then my husband, children, grandchildren, friends, etc. At the end of the day.. LOVE IS ALL THAT REALLY MATTERS...
