I'm beginning with a 3-day juice/smoothie fast, then a juice/soup fast for the rest of the time. I forgot about the soups! I'm less than 20 lbs from goal, so I hope to get there and work on maintaining the weight loss and boosting exercise.
Funny you should ask - I do find that I have to consciously slow myself down sometimes! I try to just jog slowly. Never occurred to me that I'd have to slow down, but it is kind of weird when you've never properly learned how. :-)
