    My routine has been awful too, no worries :] I'll stay up all night if I have to, most of my workouts have been very late at night but I'm making sure I press play no matter how late it gets :] I'm gonna try to get it done earlier though, I'm wondering if the time I've been doing them has been interfering with my progress, I've plateau'd a bit with my weight loss. But I've plateau'd at 15 lbs lighter than I was so I'm still pretty darn ok with that! Congrats to us on moving to phase 2!!! emoticon

    Thanks for your encouraging comment on my blog page. I have completed week 3 and I am very excited to have a "rest" week.
    Although, it does have Core Synergistics for day 2. Superman/Banana should not considered "Resting" exercises.lol
