Hi thanks for reading my blog! I was a science teacher, but getting a tenured position here in Nebraska is pretty tough so after a year of subbing which I loved. A year in a public school and a year in a parochial school I decided I'd rather do science than teach it. So I work in a lab. Not the best job but it pays better than teaching has better hours not as much politics. Oh well. Good luck in your journey. I'm still trying. 2014 days ago
I'm a NJ teacher and I totally understand how tough the job market is right now. My mom went back to school for her degree and has been trying for three years to find a permanent job. Keep your chin up! Sooner or later these baby boomers WILL retire. 2020 days ago
