Hey I am vegan too!!! I actually signed up as a beach body coach, so I can sell vegan protein shakes. Most protein shakes arnt truley vegan, and so vegan shakeology is a meal replacement with everything you need in one day! Want to try it with me??

Hey thanks for commenting. Have you ever been to the UK? Kebabs are the food of choice after a 'sesh' down the pub. Fish 'n' chips imo are the perfect food to eat by the seaside - not too often though. My mother is in residential care by the coast. Mostly when I visit I take a packed lunch with me but once or twice a year I treat myself to fish 'n' chips.

Proper fish 'n' chips though seems to be a dying art so next time I'm visiting and want to treat myself, I may well walk a few miles up the coast to the 'cockle' sheds where you can get freshly caught sea food.
