New to the site but I am anxious to use whatever tools that will be beneficial to achieving my goal of a healthier mind, body and spirit. Like most babyboomers I have just entered retirement and would truly like this to be some of the best years of my life. I believe that age is just a number and that each day we are blessed with should be productive and enjoyed to the fullest.
