My milestones: Under 220: Done it! 217 (20 lb loss) Done it! 210 200 (not been there since 1999) 187 (50 lb loss) 175 (no longer obese) 150 (no longer overwt) 145 (GOAL) 137- would be 100 pounds loss. I will decide when I get to 145 if I am happy there.
