New Year - 2014!

Hello - I am going to start back over - last 2 years have been really stressful and I need to restart my engines!

I am going to restart my goals - start 2014 as my year to do it. I will turn 50 on March 22.

My Goals:
To exercise every day, even if for only 10 minutes.

To eat in a mindful way - think before I eat!

Take some "me" time at least 3-4 days a week.



My Program:
Walking the dogs every day!

ST - 4-5 days a week

Volleyball - 2-3 nights a week

Stationary Bike - 3 days a week



Personal Information:
I'm 49 years old with 3 children, age 25, 24 and 19. I enjoy reading, playing Bunco, playing volleyball, playing online games. I love watching movies and playing board games.



Other Information:
DH & I moved in with my parents last year - it's been a huge adjustment - Dad passed away July 15th - so we are all now getting ourselves back into the groove of things and I am ready to get back into fitness & eating healthy & living life to the fullest!

Hello, you asked on my friend feed what I am reading that I had to find out who did it? It's an Edwardian (19th century)English mystery novel by Anne Perry, I so enjoy her Charlotte and Thomas Pitt mysteries, but I only read a few minutes every night, so I have had to get through the day yesterday knowing I was sooo close to the end, when they unravel the whole story! I'm glad you are feeling better.

I am certainly re-doing the Fab Abs for March and am looking into ideas for a good leg workout.

Any suggestions? I have to watch a lot of squats & lunges because of my bad knee but I should be able to do leg lifts, etc.

OUCH! I hope you are feeling better and healing quickly. Don't do anything to make the situation worse. There is always another month to do the challenge.

I am thinking of doing it again in March plus adding in some leg workouts!
