September '11: Still here. It has taken me all of 2 years to finally fit back into jeans from baby number 7. The upside is they fit! Now, I am getting down to the nitty-gritty. I decided to start using SparkPeople more regularly so I can track my macros. I am currently doing 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20% carbohydrates. September '11: Still here. It has taken me all of 2 years to finally fit back into jeans from baby number 7. The upside is they fit! Now, I am getting down to the nitty-gritty. I decided to start using SparkPeople more regularly so I can track my macros. I am currently doing 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20% carbohydrates. Working out (weight training, HIIT and bodyweight exercises) 2 days on and 1 off fairly consistently but I am going to start tracking that as well. Current goal is 16% bodyfat.

May '09:
Well, I was off having a baby, gaining 70 pounds, you know the story. lol! I just started May 4th earnestly exercising and eating right and I am already down a whole size! I am doing circuit training, kettlebell lifting, eating more vegan now.

September '08:
I am now doing High Intensity Interval Training, circuit training, eating 5-7 mini meals per day with protein at each meal. I am vegan so that means lots of tofu, tvp, and other high protein vegan foods.

August '08:
I just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. She is my style of workout DVD, if that makes sense. No nonsense and gets right down to business. I am realizing my goal is to be slender and firm with muscle definition and getting to goals I set in the past but never reached. These are new goals now because I have different tools and a different mindset. I am more positive while also realizing you can't muck around and expect to look amazing while eating junk all day and then tossing in some exercise. 80% diet and 20% exercise.

May 31, 2008:
I am a wife to a wonderful husband and a mother to 6 loving children. I am here to track and celebrate reaching my fitness goals. I am still breastfeeding my youngest and she is 7 months old. For that and because I am still steadily losing weight by eating vegan I am really only here to track the fitness part of which I already have started to earnestly work out again. I have been a member of sparkpeople for a while now. I joined back in 06 had a baby in November 2007 and now I am on again! Became vegan just this year in Feb. That alone, I went from a size 14/16 to a tight size 10/12. I was a size 4/6 prior to this 6th pregnancy. My goal now is a size 3/4.

My Goals:
My goal is fitness and healthy eating that I can use for a lifetime. My goal is to slow and steady it all the way to my goal. Even if that means taking a break and maintaining my weight for a while. My goal for my body is lean, toned, healthy, and fit. My goal for my soul is loving, joyful, sexy and playful. My goal for money is to earn or receive $6,000 US dollars per month in a simple and very positive way.

My Program:
September 2008:

2-3 times a week: High Intensity Interval Training

3 times a week:
Full Body Circuit Training

Eating:
5-7 mini meals per day with protein at each meal. I am vegan so that means lots of tofu, tvp, and other high protein vegan foods. I have one cheat day per week or sometimes I spread the cheat day out over the week which I know is an oxymoron but I am breastfeeding so I sometimes feel like I need a certain thing to eat. Most of what I eat is considered "clean" though.

August 2008:
Still vegan of course. Adding more protein while upping vegetables and lowering carbs. Doing the 30 day shred from Jillian Michaels and also still adding some Slim in 6 a few days a week.

May/June 2008:
Eating vegan. Including cookies or whatever I feel like having as long as it is vegan. I am doing Slim in 6 Burn it Up for exercise right now. I also love to get on our big trampoline with my kids.

Personal Information:
I am in Largo FL. I love being near the ocean but I also love mountains. I would like a mild snowy winter place to live someday maybe. I like actual seasons. Here we have warm and hot. Sometimes cool, but not often.


Other Information:
I am attracting healthy eating habits and regular/daily exercise so my body will look and feel good. I care about the earth and all life on her. Put love first and the answers are right there.
