I am working on portion control and a mix of cardio and strength training for a balanced mix.
Ex-Minnesotan, transplanted to Canada with DH & DD. Getting used to changes (going from working mom to stay-at-home mom, new country, etc). Excited about all the changes, but missing the Twin Cities. :(
