Hello. thanks for looking at my page. I live in southern oregon,
moved here from the SF Bay Area 3 yrs ago. Been dealing with
weight issues a long time, primarily an issue since menopause!!

I'm trying to be consistent with my exercise and also attending
weight watchers. if I can make slow steady progress that involves

changing my lifestyle on a permanent basis that would be ideal.
Have been a vegetarian, a macrobiotic, a raw vegan, but now I
travel the middle way: doing the core program in weight watchers,
I eat alot of fruit, veges, grains and legumes some animal protein
and a little wine.

I practice meditation, read about health and buddhism and love
having a community of friends and colleagues.

emoticon No more FAT CHICKS for us! I hope you didn't quit, because that wouldn't be like you to give up on yourself. I know you can release FIVE POUNDS, six more times and get to that HEALTHY goal.

Thanks for the answer on the ww site. I was so over whelmed my first week with the momentum plan and our leader was too with all the newbes. I just left there saying what the heck I havent got a clue what this is all about. Thanks for the info. I havent counted a thing this week I am just doing my core plan from my old book. I guess I will try it next week after I hear more about it. I lost a lot doing core and I hate counting points cuz I am too lazy to look them up.. lol Guess I need to highlight the foods I like.
I try to have 2 veggie days a week. I see you are all the time. good for you. good luck on your goals. Tree
