I am participating in the Fall 5% Challenge. Because I was having trouble caring enough to do well I joined 100 Days of Weight Loss to bump up my enthusiasm. It is working and I feel back on track. Also, although I still belong to No-S* I have taken from it what works for me, and left behind what didn't. I found I need to follow the no sweets, no snacks and no seconds EVERYDAY ... even on weekends. Sugar was the culprit on weekends. Once I had something sweet that is ALL I wanted. I DO allow myself 100 extra calories on weekends instead. I feel a lot better and not experiencing the crazy ups and downs of being in control, or not.

* No-S Diet: No Sweets, No Snacks, No Seconds, Except (Sometimes) on Saturdays, Sundays and Special Days.

My Goals:
Exercise is NOT a problem for me. Food is where I have problems. I strive to have control over my eating habits with moderation and consistency. Stress and sugar are triggers for me.

Final goal: 150

My Program:
No-S guidelines EVERYDAY (not just weekdays). Participating in 5% Challenges and Break Challenges. Working through 100 Days of Weight Loss to keep me inspired and motivated.
Minimum 30 minutes exercise, 10,000 steps, arm exercises and ab exercises everyday. 10 glasses of water daily. Staying in my calorie range with healthy, fresh, whole, and natural foods (not processed).

Personal Information:
Retired. Love flower gardening, cooking and music. Getting out for my daily walks is a joy in the sunshine. Not so much joy in cold weather! Three grandkids nearby, so they are here often. Those are times I find it hard to stay on track.
