My Goals:
Finish P90X by Dec. 2, 2009 and get in at least a size smaller dress size. By then - BRINGIN' IT BABY!!!

Well I guess it's time to set some new goals! I ran the 10K in 1 hour, 29 minutes. I hope to continue with 5k and 10k races and am beginning training on a 1/2 marathon in January of 2010. I've got to get past this plateau of no weight loss - IT'S SO HARD! :)

My next short term goal is running a 10K on June 6 - and to lose AT LEAST 15 pounds by then.

My Program:
Began P90X August 31, 2009. Here's to making the rest of 2009 and all of my years to come the fittest every!

How is everything ! You came to my thoughts and I wanted to find out how you were doing ? God will take care of any situation within His timing and not ours. We must trust and obey evrything that He asks of us ! Look to Him today and seek His answers. God Bless You, Rev. Mike

"The finish line is not the end. The finish line is the beginning. Standing at the starting line gives you permission to hope. Taking the time to train, putting in the mileage, making the changes in your life, and taking the risks has given you consent to hope for the best in yourself. The miracle is not that you finished, but that you had the courage to start." ~ John Bingham

OMG!!!!! Is it the Mud Maxx that you're going to do in June?!?!??! That looks TOTALLY AWESOME and right up my alley. If you read the whole page, it's quite funny....and I'd totally dress up all crazy too.

I'm glad to see you back, I hope you survived the holidays! Getting the Bodybugg really helped light a fire under my butt. It's like the HRM but it's on ALL the time. So I think..."Hmmm...if I fold the laundry while sitting down, I won't burn as many calories as if I stand up." So it makes me very aware of how, when and where I'm burning. It also forces me to log my food, since it's the deficit between what you burn and what you eat that you need to see, and I've always found myself able to lose weight when I'm logging.

So did you see that Brea is pregnant?! She is doing great--I actually helped her and Josh move into their new house that they got. She's had some big changes--the baby, house and she got her dream job working in the legal field.

Anything new with your family? What ever happened with P90X, are you still doing it? DH has a MMA fighter/trainer who suggested doing that for working out at home, so I might be doing it before long.

Well, I'm off to go eat some dinner....good talking to you!
