Back on Track

I am 28 and I have been out of college for a few years. My husband and I have been married for just over a year- but together for almost 4. I have put on 50lbs. since we have met, and now I am motivated to take that back off. I work in a bar/restaurant so I am surrounded my temptation daily-- alcohol and fried food

I also have health reasons. My dad had a stroke 3 years ago, has diabetes, high blood pressure, macular degeneration, and now a diabetic kidney disease. Both my grandma ...

I KNOW that I have all of these genes in my body and I want to prevent what I can AND feel better about myself.

emoticon I just stumbled over your Pumpkin Pie Smoothie suggestion on the Save The Pumpkins! Daily Spark.

I just wanted to swing by and thank you because I am now really wanting to try it out emoticon

Dumb question but do you just eyeball the ingredients when you put them in the blender (other than the 1/2 cup pumpkin)? I am new to making smoothies and as you can probably tell, clueless about it.

Hi I noticed you asked a question about the wave from the firm. The difference between the workouts is the rock it off cardio uses no weights except for one exercise the other one uses mostly the weight moves. Each one is about 20 minutes. The third one is the two combined. I hope I helped :)
