One step at a time :-)
I have been the fatty for way too long. It's time to take back my health. I am on a serious plan to lose about 242 pounds. I have given myself two years, keeping in mind that it doesn't have to take that long exactly. I have lost about 31 pounds since August. I am super excited each time I weigh myself, especially after a "good week". I really cannot wait to wear that black dress...I need all the support that I can get.

My Goals:
To lose 242 punds By October 31st, 2013 Become fitter and healthier.
My Program:
3 days Cardio 3 days strength training Some days I walk from school to my house(about 2.3km) in addtion to my normal daily exercise I have cut out bread, if I have to, then I eat it not more than twice a week. I do not drink sodas, fruit juices. I have cut out candy completely. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits, drinks lots of water(95% oF what I drink is water). I also sneak in some exercise when I got to church, we dance so much that I always come back exhausted. I try to sleep at least 7 or 8 hours a day, its super important. Most importantly, I am trying as much as I can to be patient.
