LayDeLeon is Off and Running
I've finally started running...ok well jogging but it's a start. I've always wanted to but have been to lazy. it took a long time but I participated in my first 5K with the motivation of a friend, and the help of my IFIT treadmill.
I'm also perfecting my dance moves with Dance Central on in XBox from Christmas!

My Program:
I have done well with Sparkpeople, it has been the only program that has worked well for me. I will resume this method.
I'm trying to keep a wide varitey of exercises in my bag to keep from getting bored. I use mostly in home videos and equipment.

Aquarius...Originally from the great State of Texas, California is now my home. I have been blessed to have family in several places. I'm always looking to add genuine, positive people to my life.

I love to read, ride motorcycles and spend time with my family. As a hobby i'm studying spanish with the hopes of becoming fluent. One major goal in life is to travel and reside in a spanish speaking country for at least 6 months.
