Need to loose
I am Lori. I am the proud mom of 3 girls. I live in the far south suburbs of Chicago. I have at least 65 pounds to loose for both better health and my back issues. It is hard to find things I can do that does not hurt my back more while still getting the exersise I need.

My Program:
I am using various programs to keep things fresh and interesting. I am doing a partial program on Wii Biggest Looser (fitness, but not tracking food, etc.) I track all of my foods and fitness here. I also do Spark videos and Spark workouts on the net!!

I am Lori M. from Park Forest, IL. I am the Mom of 3 girls and stay at home with them because of health reasons. I am living more naturally and sell both Watkins Naturals and young Living essential oils. Both have helped me so much in my quest! I also volunteer with some great Doggie rescues, especially pit bulls!
Other Information:
I am obsessed with crime shows...both real and dramas. DVR records CSI's (all); Criminal Minds; Blue Bloods; NCIS (both); Forensic Files; First 48; Dr. G. I do also find time to watch Auction shows!!
