Laura's weight loss journey
Over the last 11 years I have proceeded to gain 90 pounds. And almost every day during that time I was either participating in a diet or planning one. After I graduated college I just couldn't seem to stick with a routine. I guess I tasted freedom and I had the money to eat out more. In college I had actually worked at the gym and lost and maintained weight. This is my journey to lose at least a chunk of the weight I gained, but more importantly to feel better about myself and my health. ...

After I graduated college I just couldn't seem to stick with a routine. I guess I tasted freedom and I had the money to eat out more. In college I had actually worked at the gym and lost and maintained weight. This is my journey to lose at least a chunk of the weight I gained, but more importantly to feel better about myself and my health. My plan is to cut out processed foods and learn to eat organic and non-hormone treated meats.

My Goals:
Lose weight by the following: 1. Cutting out processed foods once and for all. 2. Stop the overeating and feeling miserable. 3. Get and maintain a regular workout schedule. 4. Drink more water (no more mountain dew!) 5. Fit into and enjoy all of the clothes in my closet!
My Program:
*Cut out processed foods. *P90x with my hubby. *Spinning at the gym at least twice per week. *Walk the dog in the park at least two days a week (yeah for the weather getting warmer!).
