Getting back in the groove!
Nutrition tracking has made me much more aware of what I eat. I actually see a connection with weight loss and the balance of protein, fat & carbs! That was an amazing discovery for me, since I thought I was eating fairly healthy food. I had reached goal weight by consistent tracking, but slowly let it slip away...now I'm going to do it again, and not let my hard work go to waste!

My Goals:
* gain control of what I eat and drink by tracking * get back in shape by exercising consistently * rediscover the energy in life * fit into my favorite clothes again - comfortably!
My Program:
Eat less fat, more fiber: fruits, veggies, whole grains, legumes. Drink less wine - work on increasing AF days. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. Exercise consists of a yoga "Sun salutation" every morning, strength training 2x per week, and walking at least 4x per week.
