IM MOTIVATED AND READY TO GET AND STAY HEALTHY!!

Hi my Spark people! My name is Patricia, i'm 33 years old, I work and go to School, i'm also a mother to a beautiful 7 year old boy I adore name Christopher. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen. I want to do so much with my son he's growing so fast and i'm missing out I don't even have pictures with him because I hate how I look . UPDATE:May 16th 2012 I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure I was mortified! I immediately thought I'm going to die ans leave my son ...
Hi my Spark people! My name is Patricia, i'm 33 years old, I work and go to School, i'm also a mother to a beautiful 7 year old boy I adore name Christopher. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen. I want to do so much with my son he's growing so fast and i'm missing out I don't even have pictures with him because I hate how I look . UPDATE:May 16th 2012 I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure I was mortified! I immediately thought I'm going to die ans leave my son at a young age. At the same time maybe this was the wakeup call that I needed to get serious about my health. I'am eating healthier,drink lots of water and exercising. Everday is a struggle, but I will not give up no matter how hard it gets I can and will do this.I have two roads the road of being unhealthy and leaving my son without his mother, or the road of giving my health 100% focus I chose the second option I realize this will be a long hard journey and will have lots of road bumps ahead but I will not give up it will be worth it. I'm determined. I will do this for my myself for my son.

2.Cardio 3 x a week

3.Strength training 2x a week

4.Healthier food choices

6.Drink lots of water!

7.Reward myself for every 10 pounds lost.


My Program:
1. Stay within my spark calorie range of 1430_1780 daily

2.Cardio + strength training

3.Eggs and sausage for breakfast....Lunch: salad with meat and veggies...Dinner is chicken or fish with veggies, small salad and brown rice...snacks are fruit with cottage cheese, or sugar-free jello ...Lots and lots of water! decaf tea....

4.Watch my portions (very important)

5. Choosing healthier options when eating out

6. It's not a diet it's a lifestyle change.
7. When there's a party or event I make that my day to eat what I want at one meal this keeps me sane!
