Me at my fattest - Jan 2009 - 200 lbs

The La Sposa Wedding Gown I want to buy - it's a size 6.

This is so true! How many of you have done WW or Jenny or any of those Low Fat, Low Calorie diets just to balloon up again? This is the exact reason I'm going primal. Conventional, western diets don't work long term!

I have 13 pics in my gallery

On a mission to be a fit bride

I'm getting married June 14, 2010 and I refuse to sit around any longer, getting fatter and fatter when I have a size 6 wedding dress I have my eye on. I am following the Primal Blueprint (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/)

Also, I want to lose weight to get rid of my sleep apnea.

I'm going to post only primal friendly recipes that I'm taking from the ones I've also posted to my recipezaar account.

Want to know how I gained all my weight? Going to school ...

Want to know how I gained all my weight? Going to school in the grain belt with no access to organic foods and had to live on disgusting, processed dorm food.

After I finish losing my weight, I want to go back to school for nutritional science - because I love cooking and biology and I am completely against this low fat, cardio extravaganza that is touted by all these experts - and of course, as many of you know, does not work long term. Check it out:

YOU are going to be so good for me... I'm thrilled that you, eat, drink and sleep all this wonderful goodness, because I just never much cared, it just seemed too daunting & overwhelming. I can say I'm very excited by it now... it always seemed more like rocket science than common everyday knowledge.

And, in today world, it's a necessity to your good health. I've always worn the blinders and now, I'm ripping them off...

Woo hoo... I want to learn as much as my brain can hold, to make these better eating habits for me & my family.

Bless you... and remember, be patient... I have a lot to learn.

BTW... I love the wedding dress! Very sexy & glamorous... a beautiful fit for you. emoticon
