MY WEIGHT IS NOT WHO I AM.
IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO BE WHO YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE.
My primary goal is to grow healthier and do more of what I love every day. For my knees sake, I would to get back to 140 pounds or below. For my backs sake, I would like to improve my core strength.
Read my spark emails. Drink more water. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Eat yoghurt daily. Move more daily.
Still to come, journal daily, record food intake more often, increase frequency of exercise and be more consistent.
AF Brat, recently returned to be closer to family in the Florida panhandle. Married, mother of 2 teenage boys and 2 orange tabbies, working full time in medical profession, part time caregiver for my mother who has dementia, oldest of her 7 children, lover of science, math, music, dancing, skating, raquetball, reading, crafts, wind and sun, family and friends and other people. Special calling to hospice/end of life care.
