    Thanks for the welcome and goodie! I live on the other side of cantonment on a small farm. Work as a nurse but only parttime. Gives me lots of time with my animals. Looking forward to getting to know you.

    Great job with your running! I think you are doing the right thing with your in-between week plan. I pushed through the C25k before, and I was miserable for most of my runs because I thought the breathing would eventually get better. If I had done what you are doing, I probably would have enjoyed running a lot more.

    Congrats on your C25k wk3, d3 run! It sounds like the longer runs are getting easier for you! I have my wk4 d1 tomorrow, but those longer runs are looking pretty intimidating. Still, I bet we can do it!
