My Goals:
My goal for weight loss is HUGE! I want to lose between 91 and 100 pounds by 5-7-2011 which is my next birthday.

My Program:
I already drink tons of water and no sodas, so my initial goals are to track my calories and such, to walk every day, and to read something inspirational each day.

Back to work! We've been slacking off our fitness routines, but it's cool enough now!

Hey - when you start tracking again it becomes obsessive emoticon BUT you don't have to log on every day (if you can remember what you did in the past couple days). I like using the pre-loaded cardio exercises - especially Home Activities - so I can see that every little bit counts! (I don't like to be completely honest about what I ate, but it all works out in the overall calorie count...)

I have also struggled with tracking...some day's I do really good and other days I don't. I think one obstacle for me is facing the reality of what I'm eating. When I eat things that I don't think I should, or when I know I'm going to go over my range, I don't want to put that down. It's silly because I KNOW what I ate, it just seems like putting it down makes it more real...making a committment to being honest about what I'm eating has helped me with that. I don't know if that's an issue for you or not.

Another thing that helps me is using my 'favorites'. If you don't have any favorite foods in your list, start adding them when your tracking. Before long you'll have a long list to choose from of foods that you eat frequently. That has made tracking easier for me!!!

Good luck with making this a consistent habit!!!!
