I don't have any idea how I can help, but I will gladly volunteer as a "buddy" to at least try! I just read all your blogs (not all the comments other's made ..at least not yet) and I can see that you have really got your hands full.

I guess it will take a little while to get acquainted. My name is Asta. I am about to turn 60. I have been on Sparks for 4 yrs..and while I haven't lost a zillion pounds...I HAVE learned a great deal, improved my health dramatically, and made some wonderful friends.

I have been married nearly 40 yrs. DH and I have raised four children and now have five grandchildren. I work as Nanny to the youngest who is 17 mos old.

Feel free to ask questions...it is easier than me trying to give you a life history. Please also tell me how I can assist you. Looking forward to getting acquainted. ASTA

Lammy, I saw your "I need support" on the Huddle wall. Wondered if you got any response...and if there was anything I could do/say to be of encouragement to you. emoticon
