FIRST GOAL

My eventual goal is an eighty pound transformation. I have set some intermediate attainable goals along my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I have two bad ankles and two bad knees from old sports injuries and I have adult onset asthma for which I take steriods. I struggle but will make it. The support here is outstanding.
