    Hey girl, I saw on the 30 somethings with 25-49 pounds to lose Huddle Wall that you need support. You have really been struggling for a while, good for you that you haven't given up first of all! That is a huge step. Second of all, I was wondering if you are tracking your calories you eat and burn with cardio? If not, try to include that as a new habit in your routine. If you already are, then take some time to really scrutinize your logs. Are you maybe not eating enough? It sounds really strange to say, but eating too little can really slow your progress down. Try pumping up your fitness routine, and giving a little bit more each workout, up your intensity and it might help you to see some results. HTH!
