My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds by April. I also want to win the lotto today LOL :) jk I want to join and win writing contests and have a sparkling novel published within the next three years :D Yey!

My Program:
I exercise at least four times times a week, walking and strength training. I also do my best to stay within my nutritional needs. I walk an hour almost every morning. I motivate myself by just starting walking even when I don't feel like it, because pretty soon, I get into my jive again :D

Personal Information:
I am 30 years old, happily married, with a 2 mo old baby boy, and a 3 yr-old toddler and born in the beautiful and hospitable land of history, white beaches, beautiful churches, and crazy Philippines.

Other Information:
I love writing. Me and writing, we're in love.

Hi Jenny - Just stopping by to check on you and your pretty baby - and being nosey to see if your husband has joined in with you yet for a healthy lifestyle change? I reread your program and thought one day I'll get there - 2 hours dancing - I started with a Zumba class and that 1 hour kills me!!!
