My Goals:
I want to have more energy & look awesome. I want my husband to be jealous if another guy looks at me, not embarassed.

My Program:
joined gym and hired personal trainer. Plan to workout with trainer one day per week and get to the gym at least 3 other days per week. Pilates for 20-30minutes each monring.

Personal Information:
38, 5' 7'', married mother of two beautiful girls (16 & 7), on meds for high cholesterol and high blood pressure because of my weight.

OK, I fell off the wagon with my diet, continued to exercise though. As of today, I am back on track with a vengence!

Thank You for your WONDERFUL Zucchini Recipe !!!!

I'm on my way to the kitchen right now to make it.
It's a "powerhouse of potassium" and low sodium too!
PERFECT for those of us who need to bring down our High Blood Pressure & reduce sodium in our diets - - - and who also want to enjoy the food we eat.
