My Program:
Nourishment: Enjoying vegan whole foods, including oodles of veggies. 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Activity: Currently enjoying hooping and circuit training, but also love walking in nature, bicycling, kayaking, and yoga. Mind & Spirit: Keeping my focus on what is truly important.
Personal Information:
Past: A long term illness (endometriosis) and its surgery and recovery took a lot out of me. Present: I am taking my life back!
