I just want to be happy, healthy, love myself and be able to love others. Exercise is my therapy and will get me through all the obstacles that I face everyday.
I am just returned from Afghanistan (4th deployment) and I decided that since I am not doing the job that I desire to do that I will accomplish some personal goals so I will not feel that this whole year will be a waste. One of them is to change my body for the better, to eat better, to take care of myself and be selfish about it for a change. No one is in control of my life but me.
To get to 120 pounds
To achieve fitness model looking status, lol
To feel healthy and strong all the time, not just some of the time
To know the difference between "looking good" and "looking healthy"
To know that I have the discipline and the drive to treat my body as a temple
To achieve these goals with God as my support system, and not try to "do it all by myself"
