My Program:
1) DRINK 8-8 ounces of WATER each day.



2) PORTION CONTROL with my MEALS each day.





3) At least 5 SERVINGS of FRUITS and VEGGIES each day.





4) 7-9 HOURS of SLEEP each night.





5) EXERCISE at least 30 MINUTES 5 days per week.
