It's no road trip to Cleveland...
Hi! I am trying to get back on track with fitness after an approximate 2 year break from steady exercise. Why? Bought a house and let that be the excuse to get completely out of routine. So here, I am trying to get back on track with a little help from SparkPeople!! Wish me luck!! Update October 2008: Broke my foot in July and resumed regular exercise in mid-October. This set back will not defeat me!! Update December 2008: Decided on a tangible goal - Wear a size 10. ...
