My Goals:
My current goal is to continue working out 4-5 days per week.

Eating green faces, meaning little to no processed foods.

Reach my desired weight of 195.

My Program:
Exercise of some sort every day, walking/running/bicyling/weights/core. Even restroom pushups; squats before meals, etc.

Watching what I eat, trying to stay with in calorie range and get enough protein and limit my carbs to those from freggies.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married with 2 young adult children whom just recently moved out so I'm now an empty nester. Plus I'm a cupcake baker.

Other Information:
My favorite movies are Disneys Fantasia (most anything Disney really) and It's a Wonderful Life. Love the classic Fred Astire, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Kaye, the Little Rascals. Lots of good stuff!

Favorite book: Gone with the Wind, most anything by Stephen King and broadening my horizons thanks to my youngest daughter. Reading a lot of stuff about teens and the trials of life as a teen today versus twenty plus years ago.

Favorite food: Oh so many choices - DARK CHOCOLATE 70% cocoa or better, mom's liver and onions, other sinful treats

Thanks for stopping by to visit.

Life has been crazy lately. From getting our house ready to list for sale, to showings, to selling and now trying to make sure everything is in order to close on sale/buy. Then to top it off school and fall sports are getting underway.

My spark time has been very very very limited and I am hoping once things get back in order and a routine is established I can get back to really focusing on my healthy journey. The scale number has been reflecting just what's been going on.

Doing nothing + eating what's available on the go = weight gain

I need to get back on it.

Sorry you're dealing with you so much. My plate is rather full at the moment too. Trying to stay on track and deal with everyday life is sometimes a challenge.
