My Goals:
My current goal is to continue working out 4-5 days per week, hitting the weights and pushing it!!! I deserve the toned, chiseled inner woman I know is hiding underneath - bring on Chyna, lol.
My Program:
Exercise of some sort every day, walking/running/bicyling/weights/core. Even restroom pushups; squats before meals, etc. Watching what I eat, trying to stay with in calorie range and get enough protein and limit my carbs to those from freggies.
Personal Information:
I'm a newleywed with two young adult children at home; two older girls who were raised by adoptive parents; two grandkids and my dog Max. I work fulltime and am looking to open my own cake shop.
Other Information:
My favorite movies are Disneys Fantasia (most anything Disney really) and It's a Wonderful Life. Love the classic Fred Astire, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Kaye, the Little Rascals. Lots of good stuff! Favorite book: Gone with the Wind, most anything by Stephen King and broadening my horizons thanks to my youngest daughter. Reading a lot of stuff about teens and the trials of life as a teen today versus twenty plus years ago. Favorite food: Oh so many choices - DARK CHOCOLATE 70% cocoa or better, mom's liver and onions, other sinful treats
