My Goals:
To lose 70 plus pounds by 3/31/16. In order to accomplish my weight loss I will exercise 60 minutes a day and walk daily. I will eat in moderation and drink plenty of water before my meals and during the day.

My Program:
Exercise 5 times a week for 60 minutes a day and walk daily for 30 minutes or more. To always eat in moderation. To track my meals and fitness. To eat only when I'm hungry. To eat 3-5 fruits and vegetables daily.

Personal Information:
I love the Lord and have given my life to Him. I also love my family. I am divorced, I gave birth to three sons and I'm the grandmother of six grandchildren. I lost my youngest son in November of 2010 and I lost my second son in May 2015. I am so thankful that I have the comfort of God and He continues to comfort me. I'm also thankful to have my spark friends and all the kind words, prayers and thoughts from them!!


Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
