Dear Ladybug

You are so beautiful with those shimmering hazel eyes. Your eyes express so much passion to succeed at this weight loss journey. You work so compassionately on that treadmill even though your knees tell you to stop because they are in so much pain. You speak so positively knowing that if you go that extra few minutes through that pain your butt will be even finer than it is, you love handles will disappear and your thighs will be leaner. You know the blisters are on temporary for you to get healthy again.

Oh how you feel satisfied after being at the gym, you feel inspired to grow. You are strong compassionate and brave. You realize that your love for yourself to be healthy again and meet that goal of running a 5K race will make me love you more than I already do. I love you now but your dream to succeed will happen.

emoticon on buying a SKIPPING ROPE Maria !! I have bought and am HAPPILY Using some quality resistant bands !! WOOHOOO ! They came with this thing you put into the corner of the door,,, the hinge,,, and it stays there,,, as you put the band through it,, and TA DA !! Its giving me QUITE the WORK OUT ! I am now at 10 minutes,,, sure does give me a HARD work out,,, I'l in time work out more. I had that stroke 2 1/2 yrs ago,, my left arm does NOT wanna work well, but I am FORCING it too,,, I WANT IT BACK to working NORMALLY !! I've been at this since it happened,,, LOL I'll NEVER give UP !

WOW Maria !! UGHERS !! I DID NOT like doing a 12 hr shift, but I only had to do it when it was b4 a storm,,, or another manager was out,,, and we couldn't find a replacement. PHEW !! If it was a storm,,, I just saw $$$$$ we were RAKING IN !! LOL I'd have my service clerks go up the line b4 they reached the cashier,, asking "Did you find everything you were looking for"? If not,, they'd go and see if they could locate it,,, sales UP !! WOOHOOOO !! ALRIGHTLY !!!

Id like to invite you to join in my challenge to lose 10 pound in Feb The goal is 10 pounds but really u do what u can. The decision to how much is ultimately up to you. i know some of us might be saying 10 pounds? WOW, that is too much! cant do it! But i am here to tell u i did it for 7 months straight, (lost 75 pounds) b4 i got sick with cancer and had dropped out for a yr and a half. unfortunately due to lack of activity it took me 3 yrs to gain it back but im back to tell you that with your help I can do it again. if u stay within ur calories that are alotted and if u track everything that passes ur lips u can do it too. I was never one that stayed on a diet before, for more than 3 weeks at a time, and then I'd get discouraged and dropped off. i lost 75 pounds just doing calorie counting and tracking to make sure i never went over. i barely exercised ...i am handicapped and i cant do exercises in the conventional way but i flapped my arms while showering, and sitting did leg raises, went up and down my stairs whenever it struck me to do so. i did very minimal stuff. the idea was to keep moving and i did that. so i know with disipline, encouragement and motivation u can too.. so i invite u to come and join me on my 10 pound challenge! emoticon emoticon

HI Maeia,,,

Oh hon 11 How sad about ur Dad,,, and not being able to go thru with the medicine field you were going to do. I sat with my Mom,,, while she passed on,,,, I can't say I am sorry I did so. For now I know,,, she died peacefully,,, I had been up all day and it was 4AM. I told her I was sooo tried,, I knew she was also,, so for the both of us to "just fall asleep" and I'd see her later, ,as if it were just in the blink of an eye. thankfully less than 5 mins later,, she stopped breating. I waited 5 mins,,, and than I notified the nurses. With Daddy,, his wasn't as good,, for non of us kids could go down and be with him, but his favorite nurse was there,, assured us,, that he also passed away peacefully (I live in Maine, I can't fly without much diffuculty,, and his death,,, its wrong to say it,,, but, it was very drawn out,, took quite awhile,,, we talked daily,,, until he could no longer talk,, than I d talk to the nurse at the statiion ,,, and she'd tell him "ur Daughter just caleld,, she loves you so much". I miss tht old fool,,,, he was GREAT 11

Hon, I can understand not wanting to be with ur Mom,, based on ur Dad, but I hope she does as Mom did,, , and once they say she'll die,, it'll be within the 24 hr..

I know htat social services isn't ur thing, but yet to our clients,, if you work on a one to one,,, with the smme ones over and over again,,, (daily basis) is something specail to them. I watch many who depend on them,,,, cherish the help,,,, I worked in social servies for 5 yrs,,, it did though burn me out. I stopped caring,,, cos some lied soooo much,,,,, it was to much. I'd give them asistance (Food stamps, non food vouchers etc) just to watch the leave the office,, we had all windows in the font of the office,, and I'd see some of them,,, standing out there,, SELLING thEM 1 Grrr RUFF 111

I hope you do find ur niche' in life. Mine took a strange turn. I ad tarted to work for a groc store,,,, as I was ending the social servies,,, and I FLURISHED ! MOStLY a first cos I had the NEAtest boss 1 He would THANK Me for "just showing up" and he did so with EVERYONE. I was sooo impressed !1 When I worked for the city,, I NEVER got a TY for coming in 111 I quickly went from bagging grocs, to cashering,,, (I wanted to do those) to being a manager. StANGE was how muh I LOVED IT 11 I looked forward daily to working, so this is what I WISH for you also !1 For why work,,,, for a "pay check" if you do NO enjoy it?
