5% winter challenge

I will exercise daily. I will run 3 to 4 time per week with Jillian Michaels and other exercise dvds on the other days.

I will eat lots of freggies and drink a lot of water.

Thanks so much for your support, and for stopping by my blog!

You asked about my team that has the challenge to lose a pound a week by Jan 1st. That would be the No S Diet team.

The easiest way to get to it is to click on the team icon on my SparkPage.

No S Diet ascribes to the philosophy of the 4 S's: "No Sweets, No Snacks, No Seconds", Except, and only SOMETIMES, on Special Days (birthdays, holidays, etc.).

A couple years ago I met the goal and lost a pound a week all year long. It is a goal that works for me.

If you don't care for No S, I know there are other teams that have the same goal of 1lb a week.
