You're so right about taking everything online with a grain of salt. I'm really just looking for something to explain the weird symptoms I've been having. The fact that it might explain my sugar addiction would only be a bonus! I do hope that just relaxing and allowing my stress response to take a break for a while will be beneficial for me. Only time will tell! I do definitely plan to get checked out by a doctor, though, as soon as I have health insurance. If he says there's nothing wrong with me, I guess I'll just give up and attribute my symptoms to getting old. Haha!
I'm using part of a bag of sand I have left from another project and a 50# bag of rice that has been in my preps for ... ever. We never eat it, don't know what I was thinking. Together it weighs about 70#. Anyway, you put it in three or four trash bags and duck tape it up into a ball. The bags keep it from bursting. Then you stuff the rest of the space with rags, etc. I'm using rubber matting from my friends work to make a tube along the inside so I have an even punching surface. =D I don't think this has even cost me ten bucks yet. The only thing I've had to buy is a bit of rope and the screws. I already had the old duffle. Of course, I don't have it up and tested yet but this weekend it should be. I'm kind of excited to see how it will work out. IF it doesn't at least I'm not out much $.
