Just stopping by to wish my Spark Buddy a Happy St. Patrick's Day and to share a little blessing with you...
May you always have work for your hands to do. May your pockets hold always a coin or two. May the sun shine bright on your windowpane. May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain. May the hand of a friend always be near you. And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
Thanks for stopping by my page! At my daughters 4 year well check-up the doctor told me she's "a little heavier than I'd like to see." So I am doing this not just for myself but for my kids so they don't have the struggles I did by going through life overweight. We have cut back all the take out except for a few times a month. Luckily she asks for apples instead of the fries!!
I think it's better to start late than never. I'm sure your new healthy habits will become "normal" just like the unhealthy ones were and that your son will get to a healthier weight. Ugh! I remember what it was like being the fat kid in school. Good luck to you and your family!
