Porque no me rindo!!!

I used to eat if I was anxious. I ate if I felt I was lefted alone. I ate if I was sad. I used eat if I felt frustrated. I ate if I was angry or worried. I used to sooth myself eating if I was afraid. I used to eat if I had to go to bed alone. I got instant happines eating if I when I was depressed. All those negative emotions were justifications for me to keep eating and hurting myself, because I did not wanted to be alive.

AND JUST BECAUSE I DO NOT GIVE UP... I,

am Done been the emotional eater!!! I am Done been the fat girl!!! I am Done been not able to feel free and move at ease and freely. I am Done with this eating and managing my life with food!!!

I am learning to handle and to identify my emotions in order to get healthy. I am getting more active and dingo exercise every day, starting with water aerobics and water jooging, which I have fell in love with them, while I improving my health and be able to introduce other exercise and routines!!! Looking forward to Kick Boxing and cycling. Looking forward to fly up high, high ,high and free as the eagles!!!!

I just finish my first personal 100 days challenge. I lost 7.2 pounds, and several inches, but most important than that, I gain back trust, not only in me, but in poeple. I gain back myself confidence and I am gaining back my self -esteem. So, I am starting my second challenge and my first summer slimdown challenge to keep going on creating myself. Yay!!! Go me, go me, go me!!!!

I have been in this journey 19 months and I have lost 26 pounds so far,. Slow yes, but steady and strong in all aspects of my life, thanks to SparkPeople.com

I am on my way to succed thanks to the support of SparkPeople, it's tools, team's support and all my new friends!!!


Don't Quit

My Goals:
1. Get myself into learning to swim.

2. Start a walking plan, onestep at a time.

3. To include 1 more day at the swimming pool, and 3 days at the YMCA Gym., for starting ST.

4. To eat healthy and mindful, to nurture my body, not my emotions.

I am starting it all over again, today July 20, 2013. I got The New Spark to re-charge myself.

My new goals, to achieve, are:

1.Eat a high protein and fiber breakfast smoothie.

2.To have my water in everyday.

3. Track all my food daily.

4. To blog for at least 2 times a month.

My Program:
I am following every suggestion on SparkPeople. I am also gettoing help from an specialist in obesity. I am also trying to get more water exercise in and having a protein smoothie a day to replace one of my daily meals.

I read the motivational Spark section for the day. There I found a lot of motivation. In an specifically page I found the most. One write I found in this SparkPage was the most motivating and here it is to share with you all.
