Journey to Health

As a mother of 2 boys I am tired of being tired.

I am aiming to get fitter, healthier, and thinner as well as quit smoking - I know shooting for the moon:)

I've tried changing one habit at a time over with many failures so I thought why just not set the First of September to change all my self-sabotaging behaviours on their ear and attack them all at once.

I know it isn't going to be easy but I figure if I manage to accomplish one of these I'll be a ...

Also I suspect the not taking time for myself to excercise or to pay attention to what is entering my mouth (food or smoke) all are part of the same issues within myself.

Thank you for commenting on my blog. Amd thanks for the advice. This is my fourth year and seems to be myhardest.I.am going to haveto try mew things.need to be productive wellmore productive then what I have been feeling

Hi LA. I have two boys too! Busy times.
Just thought I'd stop by and say CONGRATULATIONS FOR STAYING OFF THE SMOKES! Amazing job. Doing that and dropping some kilo's is the best thing you could do for your health.

Hi thanks for the welcome. The pic is my youngest William who is now 5 months...needless to say I didn't opt for the 8 hours of sleep for a goal:)
