Hi - saw your comment on my blog.

Evening food prep is making sure that there is enough food for the next day or 2 in the fridge. I try to grill tons of meat at once and stir fry up enough veggies for 2 or 3 meals at a time. Then I can portion it out for breakfast and lunch at work the next day. If I get to work and get hungry and I don't have approved food - watch out! Lol.

I make mini vegan frittattas with stir fry veggies in muffin pan, covered with 1/2 egg and 1/2 egg whites - bake about 15 minutes and eat 2 or 3 a day for breakfast. Filling and super healthy. I always have 2 or 3 fruits and veggies (raw) to eat at work too. Lunch is usually chicken breast or ham or tuna salad (The paleo mayo recipe is awesome! I will never buy mayo again.) I have veggies or fruit with it. Sometimes just a big salad with chicken breast in it. Oil & vinegar dressing.

I ‘ll keep on fighting to the end the secret of getting ahead is getting started
off we go hand in hand to a new healthy life style remember we are not on a diet but learning to eat healthy. emoticon
