Every year I make a promise to myself...by the time I reach ** I will not be fat. Now that I have turned 40 and still weigh much more than I'd like, I've made the commitment to do something about the weight. It's not only about the weight though, it's about the lifestyle, having the things I want, but in moderation, having the energy to go and do.
I want to live again, not just exist.

My Goals:
It is my goal to lose weight, look better, and have the energy to participate in life.
My Program:
I am trying to be more aware of what I eat, drink water (ick!!) and exercise more. I am also trying NOT to sit down when I get home.
Personal Information:
I am from Southeast Missouri. I have one son who is a junior at Mizzou and a daughter who is a junior in High School. I like to read, stamp and scrapbook.
