Just trying to be a little healthier and watch what I eat. Want to try and be a positive role model for my daughter, hoping that as she gets older she see everything that "mommy" does and will want to get involved too.

I work all day, try and squeeze in some type of cardio in the evenings after picking my daughter up from Preschool and eating dinner. I love to try and help out and since I'm not yet at the point that I can contribute to things in life that I view important ...

I love to try and help out and since I'm not yet at the point that I can contribute to things in life that I view important financially, I help in other ways. I donate whole blood about every 56 days and I am on the "Be the Match" donor registry.

My Goals:
To keep counting my calories and trying to squeeze workouts in anywhere I can. I am also in the need of a buddy that has the same drive as I do to workout with, whether it be walking, jogging, something. I am highly motivated by other people and having someone to workout with.

My Program:
I count calories M-F (Sat & Sun are free days)
I play sand volleyball on Mondays
I bowl in league on Tuesdays
I do at least 60minutes of cardio on Wed, Thurs, & Fri.
I also try to get more cardio in on Sat & Sun but sometimes that doesn't pan out so well.

Personal Information:
I 27 & live in Dayton, Oh, hopefully for only one more year! We are planning on going a little north east of town. I have a 3yr that keeps me pretty busy and my Hubby of course. I try to spend as much time with my little girl as I can since I'm at work all day and she's at school. I feel guilty the days that I spend doing cardio because I feel that I should be with her. It's a constant internal conflict with me, but I'm making due.

Other Information:
I'm really shy at first, but once you get to know me I'm very talkative! I need extroverts to pull the inner extrovert out of me, lol!
